Michael Pooley


As CEO, Michael leads PPR’s team of consultants across six offices in Australia and New Zealand to deliver effective strategies and campaigns that connect brands and businesses with the communities they need to reach. An experienced strategic communications consultant, Michael builds corporate and consumer brands, delivers crisis and issues management and works with business leaders to develop thought leadership positions. Michael has devised integrated communication campaigns across multiple sectors including airlines, forestry and personal finance, and offers clients evidence-based strategic advice combining creative execution to deliver effective communication campaigns. Michael has spent 20 years in the UK and Australia advising global brands including McDonald’s, Dell, Woolworths, Emirates, and Subway.

Britt Prince

Team Leader Victoria

Britt has extensive experience in media relations and communications, social media marketing, event and talent management. Having worked in the consumer and lifestyle market for over eight years, Britt combines her well-rounded industry knowledge with a strong network of media, influencers and key decision makers, providing dynamic PR solutions and unique content through both traditional and new media platforms. Britt is a versatile PR professional, executing communications campaigns for both small to medium enterprise and corporate entities with passion and conviction. Britt has lead campaigns for national and international brands such as Emirates, Subway, QT Hotels and Resorts, DECIEM, iSelect, ANZ Hot Shots, Nestle MILO in2Cricket, Ego Pharmaceuticals and 8 Degree Projects, as well as special projects for Emirates, such as the 2017 Emirates Melbourne Cup Carnival and 2018 & 2019 Australian Open. Britt has also worked alongside some of Australia’s premier sporting talent from Olympians, action sports athletes and to AFL footballers, expertly leveraging celebrity and personal brands. Excited by future industry innovation and the rise of ‘influence’ in the online world, Britt is passionate about building brand advocacy using strategic, smart and inspiring communications platforms. She has a keen interest in everything lifestyle; travel, sport, fashion, beauty, and food, and is an expert in consumer communications.

Lee McLean

QLD Market Leader

Lee has 30 years’ experience in communications strategy and has been with PPR for more than 10 years. She takes a very hands-on role with clients with direct responsibility for communications strategy development, workshop facilitation, issues and crisis management, media training and campaign management. Lee is a PPR media trainer conducting multiple media training programs and is also a strong facilitator conducting regular strategy workshops for clients.

Louise Paul

Market Leader - New Zealand

Louise has worked in PR and communications for over 20 years, both in NZ, Australia and the UK. She’s a consumer PR specialist with her roots founded in sound strategy and strong critical thinking with a particular emphasis on consumer brands. Louise is an ideas power-house making her invaluable in leading the team to come up with truly original ideas and thinking for her clients. She’s a great believer in being disruptive within category and doing it in a way that gets consumers engaging positively with a product. Louise is incredibly connected within the fashion, beauty and lifestyle sector in NZ – her experience managing PR for brands like Dove, Tresemme, Toni & Guy, Simple, SunSilk, adidas, Jockey, The Warehouse, Audi, Dermalogica and Volkswagen has ensured the stays front and centre when it comes to knowing the media and making things happen.

Snezna Kerekovic

As Business Director and Market Leader NSW , Snezna leads the Sydney team to drive strategic, integrated, campaigns that help solve our clients' business challenges, as well as managing business development for the network. Snezna has close to 30 years’ experience as a communications and marketing professional, with a career spanning journalism, PR, brand development and marketing. Her entrepreneurial spirit saw her found and run her own successful PR agency for over 10 years, as well as develop and launch her own global beauty brand. She has worked in the consumer health, beauty, fashion, pharmaceutical and consumer brand sectors offering senior counsel and direction in the development of integrated campaigns for clients.

Cameron Thorburn

Director, Digital & Creative ANZ

Cameron has 13 years’ experience as a creative digital communications specialist, across a unique blend of disciplines, having worked for some of Australia’s leading Advertising, Digital and PR Communication agencies. Previously to joining PPR Cameron was Head of Digital and Creative for a global communications agency, leading digital and creative teams to deliver award-winning integrated campaigns. Cameron has built a portfolio of successful integrated campaigns for global brands, including AccorHotels, Adidas, Facebook, Pfizer, Nespresso, Knight Frank, Sanofi, and Mastercard. His leadership focuses on supporting agency and client teams achieve impact with integrated, full-funnel communication programs using content designed to drive conversion, both on and offline. Cameron’s expertise spans across digital, brand, social, content, UX, paid, measurement and production. Previously, Cameron was Director Digital at a global advertising agency, supporting the diverse needs of healthcare and lifestyle clients, including advertising, digital content marketing, technology and medical education for specialty, primary care, nursing, pharmacy and consumers. His leadership has been recognised in numerous industry awards, including winning the PRIA National Digital and Social Campaign of the year in 2015, PR Week Asia Awards - Best Use of Digital Silver 2016 and BEfest Awards - Best Branded Publication 2016, Asia Pacific Excellence Awards – Health Campaign APAC Winner 2017 and Global IPRA Golden World Awards – Best Digital Publication Global Winner 2017.
