Our Values

PPR has a values based culture that encourages individual creativity and personal growth within a nurturing framework that recognises and rewards teamwork and professional excellence. This is underpinned by a set of values, outlined below, that are articulated in detail to all members of staff and reinforced through monthly “Living the Values” Awards which encourage role modelling and mentoring of these behaviours.  PPR consultants are also expected to respect and work within the Codes of Ethics and Consultancy Practice of the Public Relations Institute of Australia (PRIA).
