Diana Forrester 
General Manager Canberra & Director Consulting Excellence   


Diana has delivered strategic counsel and program implementation to clients in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors for more than 20 years. She operated her own consultancy for a decade before joining PPR 11 years ago. 

Responsible for building the commonwealth government practice for the firm since 1999, Diana has worked in the agriculture, environment, family and community services, finance, fisheries, geoscience, health, ICT, small business and tax portfolios, and she has secured and managed program implementation for several international clients, primarily in the education sector.

As the winner of national awards for Communication Excellence from both PRIA and AIM, Diana oversees the consulting processes and systems that deliver quality assurance for PPR clients. Diana is also responsible for the PPR Academy which provides learning programs in communication best practice across the company.

Diana has a background in research, is a professional writer, facilitator and presenter as well as a qualified educator.  In 2003, Diana was awarded a Centenary of Federation Medal for services to the Australian community in Business Leadership.



Candice Edye   
Account Director   


With more than 19 years professional experience in marketing and public relations, Candice Edye has helped market meetings, conferences, expos, seminars, not-for-profits, membership organisations, start-up businesses, online businesses, government programs and everything in between. She has provided communications advice across a wide range of industry sectors including IT, education, public sector, science, healthcare and construction, both for large corporate clients as well as start-up businesses.

Candice has experience in brand development, internal communication, strategy development, issues and crisis management, event creation and management, sponsorship, media management, online marketing and government relations.

She has operated as an outsourced communications manager for organisations such as Computer Sciences Corporation and Budget Group within the then Department of Finance. Her public sector experience includes managing projects and campaigns on behalf of clients such as Geoscience Australia, Department of Finance, ACT Chief Minister’s Department, Australian Quarantine Inspection Service, Biosecurity Australia, Auscript, Office For Women and the Department of Family and Community Services.

With an Honours degree in Psychology, qualifications in Business Administration, Management, and Training and Assessment, Candice has also conducted accredited training and numerous workshops in marketing and communications.
