International English Language Testing System (IELTS)

To enable their brand to stay relevant in the competitive education sector, International English Language Testing System (IELTS) appointed PPR Canberra to conduct a brand audit for their business in more than 300 locations and 30 countries.

After conducting the audit, we created a new visual identity for IELTS and developed a supporting communication strategy. The strategy included new global key messages, brand tool kits and guidelines, written material and an internal communication program.

The work successfully educated and empowered staff to embrace and present a consistent brand across all their test centres. After implementation, global brand consistency improved from 24 to over 95 percent in six months.
